We try to resolve access problems

Our Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital products and once-off purchases

Pass NHBRC Test provides digital study materials, including PDF study guides and online practice simulator access. Before completing your purchase, please review the package description, price and included features carefully.

Because digital materials may be delivered or made available immediately, we generally do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases once access has been provided, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law or approved under this policy.

2. When a refund may be considered

We take genuine access problems seriously. A refund request may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Material cannot be accessed: You paid for a product, but the purchased PDF or simulator access is not available to you.
  • Technical failure on our side: A website, account, delivery or system issue prevents you from accessing the product you purchased.
  • Unresolved access issue: You contacted our support team, provided the requested information and followed reasonable troubleshooting steps, but we were unable to restore access within a reasonable time.
  • Incorrect product supplied: The product or package supplied materially differs from the package you purchased.
  • Legal entitlement: A refund or other remedy is required under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Depending on the circumstances, we may first offer to correct the problem, restore access, provide the missing product or offer another appropriate solution. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be considered.

3. When refunds are generally not offered

Subject to your rights under applicable law, refunds are generally not offered for the following reasons:

  • You changed your mind after purchasing or accessing the digital materials.
  • You purchased the wrong package or did not review the package description before payment.
  • You no longer need the study materials or decided not to use them.
  • You did not study, complete the practice questions or use the simulator.
  • You did not pass the NHBRC assessment. Our study materials are preparation resources and do not guarantee a particular result.
  • You experience a problem caused by your device, browser, internet connection, email provider or other third-party service, where the purchased product is otherwise available and we have provided reasonable assistance.
  • You have already downloaded, accessed or used the digital product and are requesting a refund solely because you are dissatisfied with your decision to purchase, subject always to applicable law.

4. How to report an access problem

If you cannot access your purchased study materials, please contact us before submitting a refund request. We will make a reasonable effort to investigate and assist.

Please provide the following information:

  • The name or email address used for your purchase.
  • Your PayFast payment reference or order number.
  • The package you purchased: PDF Only or PDF + Simulator.
  • A clear description of the problem.
  • A screenshot of the error, if available. Please do not send passwords or full payment-card details.

We may ask you to try reasonable troubleshooting steps, such as checking your purchase confirmation, using another browser or confirming that you are signed in with the correct account.

5. Refund request process

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team. Please include your order details and the reason for the request.

We will review the request and may ask for additional information reasonably necessary to verify the transaction or investigate the issue.

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method or payment provider, where possible. Processing times may depend on the payment provider or bank.

We will communicate the outcome of the request and any applicable next steps.

6. Duplicate payments and unauthorised transactions

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or that a transaction was made without your authorisation, please contact us as soon as possible with the relevant payment reference.

We will investigate the transaction. Confirmed duplicate payments will be addressed appropriately, subject to verification and applicable law.

7. Consumer rights under South African law

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit, exclude or override any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Certain electronic transactions may be subject to cancellation or refund rights under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or other applicable legislation. The applicability of specific rights depends on the transaction and the nature of the product or service.

Where applicable law provides a consumer with a right to cancel, receive a refund, repair, replacement or another remedy, those rights remain unaffected by this policy.

8. Contact us

If you need help accessing your study materials or would like to submit a refund request, please contact our support team.

Please include your order reference and a description of the issue so that we can assist you efficiently.
